Ecua Landscaping & Construction LLC is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, unavailable materials, weather conditions, third-party vendors, inspections or permit requirements.

6. Workmanship & Property Conditions

We aim to deliver professional, clean and long-lasting work. However, outdoor projects may be affected by soil conditions, drainage, weather, existing structures, underground utilities, irrigation lines, tree roots and other hidden site conditions.

Clients are responsible for informing us of known underground systems, restrictions, HOA rules, property boundaries and any special conditions before work begins.
